Case Study

Location: Silverlake, Dorset
Service: Site Management & Carpentry

This project at Silverlake Holiday Park saw me take on the role of site manager from a very early stage. I was responsible for overseeing the entire build process, ensuring the smooth coordination of trades and timely delivery of each phase.

What makes this project stand out is the hands-on nature of my involvement. Aside from the electrical and plumbing work, I carried out the vast majority of the construction and carpentry myself, from initial timber framing to internal finishings and bespoke woodwork throughout the property.

The end result was a high-quality holiday home built to exacting standards, with a consistent finish throughout thanks to the direct approach and full ownership of the project from start to finish.
